      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a SIM card back in December. I never received it - likely due in part to the postal strike. I would like to have a new SIM card shipped to me. Who can I talk to who can check out my account, confirm that it was shipped, confirm it was not activated and then send me a new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
