      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there ! I tried to port my number from Koodo to public mobile the account is created but esim cannot activated it's asking to contact service . I tried with esim QR code still fail&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/525323"&gt;@Ashvinnie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sometimes the esim is already there and just not turned on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, go to Sim Manager&amp;nbsp; or Settings-&amp;gt;Cellular on your phone and check if a Public Mobile sim card is there.&amp;nbsp; If it is, enable it or toggle on "Turn on this line" and set it as Primary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if the esim is not there, check if you actually received a Welcome email and if there is a eSIM QR code to scan and install&lt;/P&gt;</description>
