      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I log in either on the app or on the website it acts as if I’ve never been a subscriber and wants me to choose a plan, set up a new sim and provide payment details. What’s going on? I’m still being charged monthly fees and my phone still works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
