      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/320716"&gt;@sprow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the issue is most likely that your phone does not or is not supported on Public Mobile whitelist for VoLTE devices. Best you can do is try manually connecting to T-Mobile as they are the only cell company in the US that still has 2G Support. If manually changing to T-Mobile alone does not resolve your issue you will need to change the network speed to 2G as well. If you cannot connect to T-Mobile in your area you will unfortunately be out of luck but you can still text and use data so you can use WhatsApp or other apps that are similar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* adding the VoLTE whitelist if you want to look up your device:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scroll towards the bottom for a list of VoLTE-roaming enabled devices:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/320716"&gt;@sprow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;data works and just not voice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try changing your network mode to 2G and change the network connection to automatic and choose T-Mobile and test calls again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if same, it is a problem that your phone cannot use VOLTE and also not able to use the 2G network for voice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;only workaround is to use VoIp app like TextNow to make and receive calls using the app&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
