If so, go into your phone's cellular settings and check to make sure the eSIM is active, set to primary. Also, if you have any other eSIMs on your phone make sure they are not active.       <description>&lt;P&gt;make sure the new esim is there and other (or old) sim or esim are removed or deleted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for the new esim, enable it.&amp;nbsp; Or Turn on this Line on iPhone and make sure it is Primary&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
