As you use all your data quota, data will just stop. No internet at slower speed.

That sucks. Chattr has same plan. Same price point. Data just slows down. Public mobile should change their TOS? or can I get on a better plan? Same price point? They have other terms for different plans judging by their TOS.

Some Public Mobile customers do have plans that have unlimited data, but those are no longer being offered.

The plans don't look to be exactly equivalent from what I could see, unless I missed something. The PM 100GB is 5G, the Chatr one is 4G. The PM one works in Canada-USA-Mexico (roaming included), the Chatr one is only in Canada (but includes calls to the USA from Canada). As always, it's a question of going with whatever works best for you.

You either get US/Mexico roaming or unlimited data, not both.
