Hi I need to pause my subscription for 30 days as I am leaving the country.

log in to your account and disable Subscribed (autopay) to stop next payment while gone. Remember to re-enable when you return.

hi @Bhuwan77 yes you can do that. Just login My Account, to to Payment page and click Manage Subscriptions and disable Subscribed

however, please note it will suspend the the account starting at the end of the current cycle, not from the day you turn it off. So, depends on your renewal date and when you come back, you might not really suspending the account for full 30 days

You can’t really pause your subscription, if you paid for a month it’ll run out in a month. Closest you can get is unsubscribing and resubscribing.
