Did you got to Step 6 finalize subscription?&amp;nbsp; Check the Sim&amp;nbsp; Manager on the phone if it already has a Public Mobile esim there.&amp;nbsp; if not, check if you got a Welcome email from PM and there should be an esim QR code to scan and install&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ifnyou still have trouble with ti activation, please ask PM CS agent ,&lt;SPAN&gt;open ticket with PM support:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
