      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I activated my account with a new sim card earlier, but when I login to my account it still prompts me to activate my sim card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to enter the information again, it tells me that the sim card number is already in use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your PM service works?&amp;nbsp; if just login My Account, problem, then just the system cannot find your account from the email login, you need to ask PM to help to correct that&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.&amp;nbsp; So, you will need to message them here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
