I'm an existing public mobile person and purchased a new esim with the intention of getting a second phone number. Now I can't seem to separate my original account from the new esim and I still don't have a new number. Do I have to buy another esim again? Thanks!

@esimtroubles

If you are trying to use an eSIM on the second phone. You need to create a new account with a different email address by downloading the PM app. You can only have 1 account with 1 email address. If you used the same email for both accounts. You have replaced the old number with the new number.

At this point, I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent to help you fix the issue. Hopefully your old number wasn’t returned to the carrier you got the number from.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
