no, I didn't sign up for any plan yet. I was looking at the different options and created an account to do so. I have repeatedly seen the 39$ plan. I sign in and the 34$ plan is being pushed on my and the next is a 49$ plan. that's if I want the 5g plan.

Did you sign up for Public Mobile on the $39 plan but haven't registered your SIM card yet?

Sometimes we as customers try to change the wording of the original request for help as sometimes folks use different terms to describe their issues. 🙂

So you are an existing member and not a new member.

For new members, the $39 plan is for Canada/USA/Mexico plan with 60gb of data at 5G.

For existing members, login to your account then on the Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription…there is a $39 Canada/USA/Mexico plan with 68gb of data at 5G. An extra 8gb of data at the same price.
