      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/399543"&gt;@AFERNS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM US roaming add-on and plan includes&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Island&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try changing your network to 4G or LTE or even 2G and see what Network carriers it shows.&amp;nbsp; I think you need AT&amp;amp;T , T-Mobile or Verizon.&amp;nbsp; If you see none of those, it is a network issue there.&amp;nbsp; Since PM relies on those US varrieea, PM really cannot do much if there is no coverage in your particular area&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So please share that with us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can go into your network settings, cellular and turn off automatic. If you see Tmobile, click on it and then also make sure your data roaming is turned on. Then reboot the phone. You should be fine. However, if that doesn't work, you may wish to check the VoLTE list to make sure your phone will work outside Canada.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/mb/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/mb/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
