Hi,

I just ported my number to telus. I want to make sure my contracted is cancelled. It will no longer let me login and chnage my plan. Is it canaceled or what do I need to do?

What proof do we have it's done? Plus technically it's on the Telus network which the customer moved to.... not sure there is any reason to bother a CS Agent for this. Just my opinion.
