      <description>&lt;P&gt;when activating my subscription, step 6 screen indicates "subscription not activated". Sometimes the app can be buggy. If you are using an Android, go into the app settings and find the Public Mobile app. Then delete the cache, then delete the data. Then reboot the phone. Then try to log in again and see if that helps you continue. Sometimes there are cache issues with the website and app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using your browser and go&amp;nbsp; Incognito mode and see if that might help i have had the same problem. The app can be a bit clitchy I found using my browser in desktop mode also help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
