Perhaps the porting didn’t complete as it should have. What phone are you using, are are there any other issues with data or calls by chance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Not receiving most texts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't receive most texts. I see that someone has texted but I'm asked to download the text and the download never works. Texts work with some people sometimes&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/339517"&gt;@Giscard&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; What phone do you have? &amp;nbsp;New or existing customer? &amp;nbsp;Some text messages are MMS and some SMS. &amp;nbsp;SMS text messages don't require cellular data to be turned on. &amp;nbsp;MMS messages (picture/chat) do require cellular data to be turned on and won't download if it isn't. &amp;nbsp;If you do have cellular data turned on, and both MMS and SMS enabled then check your APN settings here (I'm assuming Android). &amp;nbsp;If it's a OnePlus phone make sure the SP.MB.COM is in all caps. &amp;nbsp;There are other complications like iMessage and RCS but to keep it simple start with the above for now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone" href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone" target="_self"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
