I don't receive most texts. I see that someone has texted but I'm asked to download the text and the download never works. Texts work with some people sometimes

@Giscard What phone do you have? New or existing customer? Some text messages are MMS and some SMS. SMS text messages don't require cellular data to be turned on. MMS messages (picture/chat) do require cellular data to be turned on and won't download if it isn't. If you do have cellular data turned on, and both MMS and SMS enabled then check your APN settings here (I'm assuming Android). If it's a OnePlus phone make sure the SP.MB.COM is in all caps. There are other complications like iMessage and RCS but to keep it simple start with the above for now.

@Giscard Are you a new subscriber to Public Mobile? Perhaps the porting didn’t complete as it should have. What phone are you using, are are there any other issues with data or calls by chance?
