      <description>&lt;P&gt;SIM card number is the number on the back of the little package you got.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is "carrier locked" it wont let you install a new sim if its not theirs. Carrier unlock pin is something you need to ask your old provider and they legally must do it for you. You can even go to their shop and get it done, or google it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
