      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is not what I need. &amp;nbsp;when I go to “forgot email” it sends it to the new email I just added . &amp;nbsp;I don’t understand because the email is not linked to the phone number. &amp;nbsp;I need to access my account and being able to see my payment subscription. Now I only see the shopping option. I am already paying everything month. How do I access my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
