Receiving images via text

I cannot send or receive images to about half of my contacts (who use both android and apply devices). Help would be appreciated

I checked this page and tried setting a new APN settings based on the suggestion there, to no effect

Hello @Chatbotssuck

This worked for my buddy who's on Android so I hope it works for you as well.

Go into network settings, reset your network settings and then go carrier I think? And turn off automatic and choose Public Mobile and then reboot. This worked for him at least.

Thanks for the suggestion. The automatic settings looked fine, but I tried regardless. No improvement, unfortunately
