      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you might not need a refund.&amp;nbsp; Some said it is just an esim setup on the phone problem and not really incompatible. Go to the phone's Sim card manager and check if the esim already instead.&amp;nbsp; If it is, then it is good news. You will just need to enable it and Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you don't see the esim, then you really need PM to check (or ask for refund if you like).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.&amp;nbsp; So, you will need to message them here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
