      <description>&lt;P&gt;What have you tried so far?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your sim physical or e-sim? Make sure your phone isn’t programmed for e-sim if physical.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
