Do you have any thoughts as to whether this is because PM users can take advantage of the Telus program, or perhaps instead because the system still remembers your device?

I am posting this as a reference for ex-Telus users.

I have been a 12 years Telus loyalty, moved to PM three days ago.

My iPhone 6 plus is still locked to Telus, but after a port, there has been no problem to use, - call/receive, SMS and use of data. I feel like PM is same as Telus service and speed.

Interestingly, I today got to know my phone automatically caught a free wifi signal of #Telus, which is not as many as Shaw Open 🙂 I am not sure why it did and how long it works so, but just let you guys know. Anyhow, I'm really satisfied so far.

I think it seems that #Telus still remembers my device rather than the intention of PM services.
