      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is one of the major issues of Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; I need to pay my account and you have no way to do it.&amp;nbsp; you cant log in, you cant call 611 cuz its dead air, the app doesnt work.&amp;nbsp; So fustrating&lt;/P&gt;</description>
