I recently upgraded to the plan that includes unlimited calling and text from Canada, Mexico and the US

i am currently in Mexico and trying to call the US but it will not let me

says error and call *611

try calling this ways: 1-AreaCode-PhoneNumber or +1 AreaCode PhoneNumber

That's odd, sorry to hear that OP. Best to message cs_agent under "community" to check it for you on the backend. It seems you arent the only one, someone else posted the same issue.

Customers needing to be using the ticketing system from within the chatbot to open tickets.
