      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/411319"&gt;@Shaunaa&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have? if your phone is not on PM VoLTE whitelist, using voice would be trouble&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check if your phone is on the list or a newer gen of those on the list&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if yours is not on the list, try manually change the network to T-Mobile and change the network mode to 2G and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, you will have to call by using VoIP app , like TextNow or Fongo , and make calls using the app with mobile data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
