      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/470699"&gt;@Vin001&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; maybe you made the changes on the renwal date so it was too late for the system to make the adjustment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you now have a credit on your account due to you making the manul payment and using points to pay the difference,&amp;nbsp; your auto pay amount&amp;nbsp; $39 will remain on your account and available funds for next renewal. That will be used first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since it will remain,&amp;nbsp; no need to request it back. Also it might take awhile for them to credit you back.
