I have $90 in my available funds and I am trying to purchase the $30 talk txt 3gb data US roaming add-on and when I click use available funds it says payment failed.

where you trying on app or browser?

if you have not try both, try them. And when using browser, please use Incognito/private/secret mode

when trying on app, if already logged in, please try logoff and login again

I still got payment failed in the app. How do I do incognito/provate/secret mode in the browser?

hi @Cathy31

click on the 3 dots or 3 lines on the top right of the browser, there should be an option to open Incognito tab, some browser called it Private browsing, some called it Secret mode

The exact method varies depending on the browser being used, but from within the browser, you can go into the menu and choose an option that will be named something similar to "new incognito window" or "new inprivate window".
