    <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try to log in I get an error message that says please try again.&amp;nbsp; Whenever I try to contact support it says I must be logged in to access support.&amp;nbsp; I've been trying for weeks now and always receive an error message that won't allow me to complete my log in.&amp;nbsp; Please help!&amp;nbsp; To have ZERO support unless you can get into your account is ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
