    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So last week I changed my plan to the Canada US and Mexico and also added an e-sim card to my phone. I first couldn't text or call with it on Monday. I can now text and call but have no internet or data connection unless I'm connected to wifi.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would first do a power restart on your phone, and reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; If you've done that, and you're able to text and make calls, but not use data, i would reach out to a PM customer service rep to make sure the change went through correctly on their end, you can message them here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
