      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can check the status of the service in your area here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/ab/outages" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/ab/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im not experiencing any issues , so it may be an issue with your device/settings.&amp;nbsp; First i would try a power reboot of your phone, and reset network settings for a refresh.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If your other services also arent working, you should make sure you have paid for the current month, and if your confirm the account is still active/paid but not getting any service, i would reach out to a customer service support, which you can do here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
