      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/293864"&gt;@Doug1956&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;are you using the phone in Canada or the US?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the US it's likely that your phone does not support VoLTE or is not on Public Mobile's whitelist for VoLTE devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try manually connecting to T-Mobile and place your network on 2G. The US has shutdown their 3G service so T-Mobile is the only other option unless you can get by using WhatsApp, Messenger or other similar apps over data&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
