Both my husband and I are PM subscribers. Does anyone have any idea as to why our calls to one of our friends always go directly to his voicemail with no ringing? He says it doesn’t happen with anyone else. He is a Rogers customer. Both of us are in his Contacts and he can call us with no issues.

This has been going on for a couple of years. I thought I’d ask here in case someone else had experienced something similar.
