    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;My problem is, I purchased an account, registered it, ordered my Sim card and received it . But, when I inserted in my other phone, I cannot log in to the account to activate the sim card.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I try to log in to the account, it says that a 6 digit code number was emailed to the email address used to open the account, but no email ever comes, therefore I cannot open the account without that 6 digit number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Also, from the info on the site, it seems that I was supposed to get her telephone number when I registered and bought the service, but never did. I did not receive any email stating the account was opened.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something is definitely wrong, and I would either like to have this corrected or else I would like to close out her account.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What do I do to correct this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
