    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I change to public mobile yesterday because someone in my community recommended it to me. Everything is set up now and apparently ready to use. I'm unabale to make calls or use data however, nothing is working. At the top left of my phone I see four dots stacked on for dots and only 1-2 at the bottom are black. Never seen that before. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
