    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday, January 3, I tried signing for and paying for the above so I could use my phone in the US. &amp;nbsp;When I tried paying I got a message that my payment couldn't be processed, so I gave up on that option and purchased a SIM card. &amp;nbsp;When I checked my credit card this morning, I discovered that Public had indeed processed my payment. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want my money back. &amp;nbsp;This is coming across as a scam and everyone should be warned not to trust Public on this matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes the system can be buggy, im sorry you experienced this, it shouldnt take the funds if it said the payment wasnt made/processed.
