      <description>&lt;P&gt;when you log in do you see "subscribed" turned on? that is what PM calls autopay, you will need to turn that off to turn off auto pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this has already been turned off and you're still being billed, you should reach out to a PM customer service rep and request a refund, you can message them here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
