Is the 20gb @ 4G for $32 Canada wide lower priced then your current 30gb plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The recently PM change doesn’t allow you to downgrade to a lower priced plan. Only upgrade to a more expensive plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
