    <description>&lt;P&gt;You are not PM staff but BKNS27 maybe is because his replies showed up on my private message box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today is the first time I posted on Community forum.&amp;nbsp; I have been using the private message with PM cs agent every day since I activated the sim card more than two weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; The main purpose I posted here is to see if anyone else has the same problem and what solution they have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for trying to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to port my telus number to public mobile for &lt;STRONG&gt;more than two weeks&lt;/STRONG&gt; and there is no one in public mobile can help.&amp;nbsp; I am texting with public mobile everyday and they have been given me all kinds of excuses but just cannot do the job.&amp;nbsp; This is so ridiculous.&amp;nbsp; According to public mobile chat, porting a mobile number only needs 5 hours.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Anyone has the same experience?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
