Transfer unused credits to my other account

Hi, I have a couple of PM accounts. Unfortunately I need to port one out and the account has a credit balance. That is, I have paid more than required. Please can you transfer those credits to my other PM account?

sorry, PM does not allows funds or rewards to be transferred between accounts

also, PM is a prepaid provider, so, they won't provide refund as well. So, you really should continue using that "unused" account so the money won't be wasted

Transferring unused credit balance is officially not an option, but it can't hurt to open a ticket with support and ask if they can transfer to another account before canceling. I've heard of some people having this request accommodated, but of course no guarantee depending on the agent you connect with.

Update: I messaged customer support as others suggested and they transferred my credit. Thanks PM
