Data use calculator on App not accurate

On the app it shows my data use currently at 2.84 gb which has been stuck at this amount since I activated. The web site shows current use at 4.80 which is an accurate reflection of my use. How can I reset the App to show my actually usage ???

Hey @DavePierce

If you put your finger at the top of the page and drag down, it will spring back up with an updated amount. If it's still the same after that, go into your app settings and clear your cache and restart phone. If you're using an iPhone, delete app and redownload it.

hi @DavePierce

the app sometimes does not update without manual push. Swipe the screen down to force and uopdate.

or better, logout from the app and login again
