    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why do I have to contact public mobile to be able to use a personal hotspot on my phone, when I used an eSIM I didn’t have any problem using one and now that I have a physical SIM card it won’t let me it says contact public mobile, I always find my data is so slow compared to bell&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/522928"&gt;@Gmefamily&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you don't have to contact support for hotspot, it is never blocked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, it is just a device setup problem.&amp;nbsp; Please with reboot the phone, then Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, make sure you have the latest OS&amp;nbsp; (or on iPhone, iOS update and Carrier Profile update&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Android or iPhone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an iPhone, APN for hotspot should be just sp.mb.com&amp;nbsp; (Settings -&amp;gt; Cellular -&amp;gt; Cellular Data Network -&amp;gt; Personal hotspot )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
