Your phone number, which is on your account, you're trying to add it to EverSafe so it will text you the 6 digit security code?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/493232"&gt;@Reinee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, I had encountered this problem as well.&amp;nbsp; It is due to the fact that Public Mobile does not auto sync the online account eversafe phone number to the one associated with the account.&amp;nbsp; The only way to fix this is to submit a support ticket to have the eversafe phone number updated.&amp;nbsp; I would also suggest that you pay specific attention to your community profile to make sure that it does not get altered.&amp;nbsp; When I had my online account eversafe synced to the actual phone number, my community profile was replaced with someone else's community profile.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure if this issue was causation or correlation.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
