Chat Bot gave me a possible definition of these terms : ...... in the context of Public Points, “ATU” could potentially refer to “Anniversary Points” or “Anniversary Thank You” points, which are earned on your earning anniversary with Public Mobile. “Tenure” could refer to the length of time you have been a subscriber with Pu

blic Mobile, which may impact the number of points you earn. For specific details on these terms in the context of “Redemptions” in My Account, it’s recommended to refer to the current help articles or reach out to Customer Support for clarification.

To the best of my knowledge, the Tenure will no longer have an impact on rewards. On the old reward system Tenure was taken into account for rewards given
