So if you're new, have you tried rebooting the phone? Can you take out the SIM card and place it in a different phone? Sometimes a SIM card needs to be reprovisioned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

LOL. OK. Go into your settings and find the eSIM and make it your primary and then reboot. What phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did transfer an old number, tested. It worked fine. Got a text saying reboot phone to complete transfer and after that it didn’t work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
