      <description>&lt;P&gt;thank you for the response &amp;amp; info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how are you able to access customer service with that link? &amp;nbsp;I’ve entered CS_Agent as a contact &amp;amp; it does not show up as a contact. I don’t understand why you have that information but it is not available to paying customers. &amp;nbsp;45 minutes is excessive to spend trying to send a customer support message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
