How can I view a Community Thread where the oldest posts appear at the top by default. It is very hard to follow when the newest posts are presented first.

using a laptop or mobile device ? On my laptop, the oldest messages appear at the top and you scroll down to view newest. Most recent comments are at bottom, while oldest are first read.

Click on your avatar>my Settings>Preferences >Preference Options>Thread Layout and click Oldest First (by default) and save.

The type of device or the browser being used doesn't make a difference. The default for the Community website is for newest messages first. This ordered is maintained for anyone using the website but not logged in. All members who are logged in also have a default of newest messages first unless the member has manually changed that setting.
