      <title>Accessibility add on disappeared.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am wondering where my 2 G of data is? When I signed up for this subscription it was confirmed that I had the accessibility discount of free add-on of &amp;nbsp;2 G of data applied to my account. It is no longer on my account page and I have just been charged 15.00 for 1 G. I would like a refund and for someone to please help find and use my 2 free Gs and have it permanently attached to my account so this does not happen again. So, logging in on your laptop, use a fresh browser, and delete cache files.&amp;nbsp; Using mobile device, log in and pull down from top to refresh info. Hopefully that helps...otherwise message Customer Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
