Where do i find unused addons?

I have a few past Christmas promos i never used up and used to see them on one of the screens, however i cannot seem to find them now. I had accumulated data and international minutes.

Hey @G6q

If you're on the app on your phone, look at SHOP ADDONS. At the top it will say Current Add-ons. Hit the arrow down to show what you have left.

I'm on desktop. I didn't even know Public Mobile had an app.

hi @G6q you don't need the app if you don't want to, but. check from My Account on browser. In the Overview page, click Usage Breakdown and you will see all your add-ons there (but you can get this on the app too)

I am planning on upgrading to the $20 3GB from my current $19/1GB, if i pick change subscription on renewal it will prevent loss of these add-ons, right?

That is 100% correct. You will not lose those addons. I have upgraded, downgraded back to upgraded so many times over the years... never lost a thing.

Would it also have been the case if i took the upgrade now or only because i clicked change on renewal?

hi @G6q

in terms of the addon, choose Change Now or Change on Renewal both won't affect the addon

but we suggest people to use Change on Renewal as PM does not provide partial refund for the current plan if you choose Change Now option.

Good to know, also if you use change now does it charge the new price and change the renewal date to today, thus losing the already paid for days (in essence double billing)?

yes, with Change Now, your change to the new plan today and the next renewal date will be 30 days from today. Since the plan got changed today, the remaining days of the old plan will be wasted

I'd be pissed if i did that without realizing this.
