      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/522139"&gt;@mbrown1975&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;just to confirm, did you try completing the activation through the app? This is a necessary step that some customers miss and they think they can complete the activation through the website where they started (which they cannot)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK the next step&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried again in the app,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;picked a phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;follow the prompts and then was asked to put in a code that was sent to my phone - which i didn't get because my phone is not set up. this is classic!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;time passes, now somehow my phone is activated and set up, i'm in my account. but still no text message and I can make a phone call. says i'm not set up but i'm activated. loaded an esim in Europe was done in 5 mins.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i switched from chat to public mobile with an iphone esim and that worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a work phone and it's been 2 hours so far&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
