      <description>&lt;P&gt;The instructions say:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Steps to Pause your Subscription&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Log in to the&lt;A title="Download the Public Mobile App" href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/load-mobile-app" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Public Mobile app&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A title="My Account" href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;My Account&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to the 'Subscription' tab.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on ‘Manage Subscription’.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Choose 'Subscription Renewal'.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on 'Unsubscribe'.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Confirm your choice by selecting 'Yes'.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the only option I see when I log in is "Subscriptions &amp;amp; Add-ons"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I click on that, the only option is to "Change Subscription".&amp;nbsp; (See attached pic)&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="PM screen.JPG" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/152455i963146F4832377CB/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="PM screen.JPG" alt="PM screen.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not see any 'Manage Subscription' option.&amp;nbsp; So I can't pause my subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me where I am supposed to be looking to pause my subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All it does is disable autopay.&amp;nbsp; Even after performing the abover steps, you service will continue working at least up until your renewal date.&amp;nbsp; Also, turning off autopay doesn't necessarily mean that your service will stop working at the end of the current plan cycle as a plan can still renew with autopay disabled if there is already enough of a balance in the Public Mobile avaialble account balance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
