      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like my subscription changed to the one being promoted that is the Can-US-Mex plan that costs $35 a month. &amp;nbsp;It has 50 G and is 5 G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a long time customer and expect the same deal as new subscribers. &amp;nbsp;Was disappointed not to see this as an option to my in my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Login to your account then under Subscription tab&amp;gt;Manage Subscription&amp;gt;Change Subscription and it will list all plans you are eligible for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently, PM have made it impossible to downgrade to a lower priced plan. You can only upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Existing members have contacted a CS_Agent to downgrade but got decline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's always been my opinion that Public Mobile is a prepaid service meaning you prepay for what you want and your not stuck at any price point. That would be considered postpaid. But that's just my opinion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can easily upgrade plans but not so easy to downgrade plans. If your current plan is $35 and you need the 3 Country upgrade...they might accommodate as long as you're not downgrading. Alternative is to get a new sim to start a new account altogether...but you'll sacrifice your current phone number and any reward Points in your current account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
